It is in this jubilant juxtaposition of the ordinary, spectacular, and ridiculous that Don finds the most satisfaction. He combines and masters these elements in new and unexpected ways...

• Damaged Parcel:

If the parcel is visibly damaged, you should refuse it at the delivery or accept it with reservations.
