Shampoooty began as an engineer in interactive technologies, specializing in physical computing, automation, and interactive sculptures.
Through "Toys for Children, Problems for Adults," a combination of 3D modeling and physical sculptures, Shampoooty explores the complexities and darker aspects of adulthood, representing them through children's toys. His work juxtaposes the warm nostalgia of childhood with the harsh realities of adulthood, addressing issues such as death, addiction, incarceration, violence, and sexuality.
"Cozy Hearse" (cercueil), "Guillotine," "Visitation Booth" (parloir), "Electric Chair," "Suicide Vest" (human bomb veste), "Crucifix" are among the most representative works of the series.
